Club Bulletin Contest

Contest period starts September 1st and ends March 31st. A copy of all issues published by a club should be mailed to the Bulletin Contest Chairperson, District Governor, Cabinet Secretary, Zone Chairperson, Multiple District Secretary and State Magazine Editor.

Bulletin shall be judged by the score system as set forth in the table shown on the next page.

The points set forth are maximum.

All STARRED items must appear in each issue.

UN-STARRED items must be included once each issue.

Program for each meeting prior to the next issue shall be given. [if none - indicate "none".]

Activity mentioned. [either completed or future]

Personal items about members. [birthdays, anniversaries, health report or other personal items.]

The last six items on the scoring shall be in each issue.

Single page bulletin is one printed on one sheet or legal size paper or smaller.

Multiple page bulletin is one printed on more than one sheet of paper.
